A sense of purpose and advocating for others is my professional goal and passion. As an RN, I have always enjoyed working with families and clients to establish and execute a plan to meet their healthcare needs. I have followed a traditional Nursing model in my career by working with patients on “Wellness”, maximizing their strengths, and maintaining their health status as long as possible.
I am fortunate to have served others by working in Nursing Administration, serving as Director in Psychiatry, Administrator in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living/ Memory Care, and Regional Director for multiple healthcare facilities. My experience in home health consists of about 15 years as either a COO or Chief Nursing Officer. I have been Licensed in Florida as a Risk Manager, I am Licensed as an Assisted Living Administrator and I have certificates as a Medical Legal Nurse consultant, Certified Professional in Healthcare. Florida commissioned Notary Public as well.
I am active in the community and love participating in charity fundraising and philanthropic endeavors. I completed the Naples Leadership program, Greater Naples Leadership program. Naples Police Citizens Academy, Sheriffs Civilian Academy and have been honored as “Woman of Initiative” for making transformational changes in Collier County. Along with my husband I own a magazine in Naples and serve as an Elected Commissioner on a local Board.
Service to others is a privilege and a sacred responsibility, Nursing is a “Calling”.
